SUMMARY POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Selling products and services for ES SF Power Plants in ASEAN, and negotiating related offers, contracts, terms and condition.
- Back office support and project management for the a.m. and extended region.
- Identifying customer need and opportunities in cooperation with Regional Sales.
- Developing sales and proposal strategy considering the existing product line strategies and occasionally conduct presentations to customers on corporate and senior mgmt level.
- Preparing country profile and evaluating business forecasts and business planning & monitoring with Service Engineers.
- Checking and revising of contract documentation before submitting to customers including conditions of contract, contract forms, forms of offers and tenders, schedules of prices in accordance with product lines
- Coordinating complex offers with Siemens AG head office product lines, considering the existing product line strategies
- Visiting customers and key customers on a frequent basis (also abroad)
- Preparing and checking of inquires/offers for/from local sub suppliers, order to sub suppliers and following up delivery and payment schedules.
- Selecting and utilizing countries business data and report to the management on monthly basis

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in sales & marketing or project management.
- Independent and highly motivated.
- Must possess good networking skill.
- Strong personality to drive service business in the region.
- Preferably worked in an intercultural network/team (at least virtually).
- International experience will be an added advantage.
