Java Developer/Java J2EE Developer

Compunnel's client, a Major Systems integrator, requires JAVA DEVELOPER (with strong Struts and Hibernate) for a contract position of 18+ Months. Candidate can start immediatly.

Must have skills:

• Java/J2EE Hands on as well good at concepts.
• Core Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB, AJAX
• HTML, Java Script.
• Exposure on XML, Web Services.
• Good knowledge of Design patterns such as DAO, Command, Mediator, MVC
• Experience on any App server preferably Weblogic.
• Hands on Unix
• Basic SQL

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Log4J.
• Products including Visio.
• Systems analysis and design experience.
• Telecom domain knowledge.

Experience Required: At least 4-6 years in J2EE based project

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in Middleware application development
• Participate in requirement capture and design discussion
• Writing AD (Application Design) based on High level design document
• Coding and Unit testing
• Support to assembly testing, IST and UAT
• Interaction with all testing groups on defect resolution
• Interaction with all External sub system for the resolution of defects
• Timely status reporting
